Returns Policy

At KEA Golf, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning and refunding products purchased from KEA Golf.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

 Products must be purchased directly from KEA Golf. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the product tag intact.

 

Refund Process:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the eligibility criteria, you may request a refund.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at support@keagolf.store. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the refund request. Then simply use the included return shipping label.

Once we receive your refund request and the returned product our team will review it and assess the eligibility of the product for a refund.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the price of the product will be refunded.

 

Size Exchanges:

 If you received a product from KEA Golf that does not fit correctly, we offer size exchanges.

To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at support@keagolf.store within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply use the included return shipping label for shipping. All other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Products eligible for size exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the product tag intact.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the size exchange and ship the new size to you promptly.

 

Shipping:

 For Product returns and exchanges customers can use the included return shipping label. Other shipping costs incurred are at the cost of the customer.
